Erica’s Story
Erica Graber is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate difficult seasons of life.
Erica earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in 2017. Before beginning her career in counseling, she studied Mathematics at the University of Florida and spent 14 years teaching middle and high school mathematics in Northern Virginia.
Her experience as a teacher gave her a deep appreciation for the ways people learn, grow, and overcome obstacles. Over time, Erica felt called to serve others in a broader way, helping individuals not only learn academically but also grow emotionally and personally.
This calling led her to pursue counseling, where she now helps clients work through challenges, build resilience, and find renewed hope.

Outside of her work with clients, Erica enjoys exploring the world and spending time with the people she cares about most.
She loves traveling to new places, spending quality time with friends, and relaxing with a good movie. Erica also still enjoys working with mathematics simply for fun — a reflection of the curiosity and love of learning that continues to shape both her personal life and professional work.
